
Ingredients:
• 6 – eggs
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 – green onions, minced
• 1/2 tsp – minced Ginger
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Beat the eggs thoroughly with salt.
- Combine soya sauce, ginger and onions.
- Heat frying pan, grease with 1 tbsp. oil and pour in 3 tbsps. of eggs.
- When the underside turns firm, fold over, press down edges with the help of a flat spatula and remove from the pan.
- Repeat the same process until all the ingredients are used up.
- Put all the dumplings in a pan and pour 1/2 cup of water, sugar and remaining soya sauce over it.
- Cover tightly and cook slowly for 10 mins. Serve hot.
