Ingredients:

• 250 g – Cream cheese
• 1/2 cup – fresh curds
• 1.5 tbsp – cocoa
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 4 tsp – gelatin
• 1 tsp – instant coffee powder
• 1 cup – chilled Milk
• 1/2 cup – fresh cream, lightly whipped
• grated chocolate to decorate

Method:

  1. Beat cream cheese with cocoa and curd till smooth.
  2. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Combine sugar with 1/2 cup of water. Dissolve over a low flame.
  4. Dissolve gelatin over a low flame and add to the sugar syrup.
  5. Stir in coffee powder. Blend this liquid into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Cool completely and add well chill.
