Ingredients:
• Egg – 3
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Green chilli – 4
• Green peas – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop the onion, tomato and green chillies finely.
- Cook the fresh peas and add salt.
- Beat eggs well.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, peas and green chillies saute for few secs.
- Add all powders and salt fry for few mins.
- Add the beaten egg and scramble well.
- Serve.
