Ingredients:

• Egg – 3
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Green chilli – 4
• Green peas – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the onion, tomato and green chillies finely.
  2. Cook the fresh peas and add salt.
  3. Beat eggs well.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  5. Add tomatoes, peas and green chillies saute for few secs.
  6. Add all powders and salt fry for few mins.
  7. Add the beaten egg and scramble well.
  8. Serve.
