Ingredients:

• 4 – hard-boiled eggs, shelled
• 1 tbsp – Soy sauce (as per your taste)
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 sprigs – spring onion, chopped finely
• 3 – Cloves
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat a pan and melt butter in it.
  2. Add Soy sauce and cloves to this.
  3. Add eggs and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, turning them slowly all the time.
  4. When brown in colour, remove them.
  5. Slice them in a plate.
  6. Garnish with spring onion.
