
Ingredients:
• eggs – 4
• Fenugreek leaves- 1 bunch
• Onion – 1
• Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Garlic Cloves – 4
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and splutter
- Then add garlic and when the garlic turns golden brown add onion and saute
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Then add the fenugreek and cook it for some time
- Finally pour, pour the eggs in to the fenugreek and cook
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatti or paratha.
