
Ingredients:
• 6 – hard boiled eggs, shelled and halved
• 2 – big onions, sliced finely
• 10 – green chillies, sliced lengthwise
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and lightly fry the hard boiled eggs for about 3 mins
- When they turn light brown, add all the other ingredients.
- Mix well so that the eggs are covered.
- Cook on medium heat till the gravy thickens.
- Serve with rice or bread.
