
Ingredients:
• 6 tbsp – oil
• 5 – eggs
• 1/4 tbsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1.5 tbsp – dry chilli powder
• Salt
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 3 tbsp – Milk
Method:
- Chop onions into small pieces. Heat a vessel with oil
- Put chopped onions, saute for a minute and add ginger paste
- Fry until it becomes semi-brown
- Then break the eggs into the mixture
- Put dry chilli powder and salt. Mix the curry well
- Cover the vessel and cook for about 5 mins stirring at intervals
- Garnish with coriander leaves
