
Ingredients:
• 3 – eggs
• 4 slices – white bread
• 1 – small onion, finely chopped
• 1 – small tomato, finely chopped
• Coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 inch piece – ginger, crushed
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• A little Milk
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Beat the eggs. Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the water and add to the beaten eggs.
- Add a pinch of salt and a tsp of oil to the mixture. To make the mixture smooth, add some milk to it.
- Heat oil on a tava.
- Take a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle a little of the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies, with a pinch of salt, red chilli powder and garam masala.
- Fry both sides.
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
