
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1 cup – all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat germ
• 1/2 cup – Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup – organic Molasses
• 1/3 cup – vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup – water
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1.5 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon (plus 1/2 tsp mixed with little Sugar for sprinkling)
• 4 tsp – ground Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – ground Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp – ground Cloves
• A few drops – vanilla extract
Method:
- In a large bowl sift and mix together the dry ingredients
- In another bowl mix the wet ingredients and whisk till completely dissolved
- Now mix both till completely blended and preheat oven to 350 degree F
- Roll the dough into small balls and then cover them with cinnamon sugar
- Place them in a baking sheet and flatten them lightly with the bottom of a glass tumbler
- Bake them for 10-15 min till the edges turn brown
- Cool them for 10-15 min
