
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – heavy Cream
• 1/2 cup – mascarpone cheese
• 20 – Oreo biscuits, broken into small pieces
Method:
- Whisk the heavy cream, sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Now add the mascarpone cheese, whisk everything well.
- Pour this mixture in a stainless steel bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
- In a blender, beat the slightly frozen ice cream for few minutes.
- Finally add the broken Oreo biscuits, give a quick stir and pour again to the box and freeze it overnight.
