Ingredients:

• 1 tsp – powdered mustard
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 200 g – evaporated Milk
• 1.25 cup – Olive oil
• 2 tbsp – white Vinegar

Method:

  1. Put mustard powder in a bowl
  2. Add sugar, salt, milk, pepper and mix
  3. Add oil little by little to mix completely
  4. Add vinegar and mix till it thickens
  5. Check seasoning and adjust as required
  6. Refrigerate and use
