Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rolled oats
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – all-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Banana puree
• 2 tsp – Honey
• 1 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• A pinch of salt
• Oil as per need
Method:
- Soak overnight rolled oats in yoghurt .
- The next day morning, mix wheat flour, all-purpose flour, banana puree, honey, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and salt to make them to a thick batter.
- In a pan pour a ladle of pancake batter and cook on both sides.
