Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1.5 cups – Crunchy Peanut Butter
• 1 cup – Packed light Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup – Unsalted softened Butter
• Milk (as per need)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, sugar and butter until they turn smooth.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder together and keep aside.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and sprinkle milk to turn into a soft dough.
  5. Pinch off the dough into medium size balls and roll.
  6. Place over a baking sheet lined over a baking tray and press the balls with a fork.
  7. Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes until they turn lightly golden.
  8. Cool the cookies on a wire rack and enjoy.
