Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1.5 cups – Crunchy Peanut Butter
• 1 cup – Packed light Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup – Unsalted softened Butter
• Milk (as per need)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, sugar and butter until they turn smooth.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together and keep aside.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and sprinkle milk to turn into a soft dough.
- Pinch off the dough into medium size balls and roll.
- Place over a baking sheet lined over a baking tray and press the balls with a fork.
- Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes until they turn lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack and enjoy.
