Ingredients:
• 3 – Marie biscuits
• 5 tsp – Maida
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1 drop – vanilla essence
• 2 tsp – Milkmaid
• 100 ml – Milk
• 1 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Crush the Marie biscuits. Add the remaining ingredients and make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Pour into small buttered cups and steam in an idli cooker for 10 minutes.
- Or use a microwave in high mode for 3 minutes.
