Ingredients:

• 8 idlis
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• a pinch – Asafoetida
• 1 tsp – Cilantro

Method:

  1. Cut the idlis into small cubes.
  2. Chop 2 green chillies, fry them in 3 tsps of oil. Add cumin to taste, half the chopped onion, a bit of asafoetida, and fry till brown.
  3. Add in the idlis in and toss till they get mixed properly.
  4. Sprinkle over the remaining onion, and serve with a piece of lime and cilantro
