
Ingredients:
• 250 g – fresh Fenugreek leaves
• 50 g – besan
• 50 g – Wheat flour
• 5 g – roasted sesame
• 1 tsp – Green chilli and Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1 pinch – Sugar
• salt
• 1 pinch – soda
• 1 tbsp – coriander Jeera powder
• oil
Method:
- Cut the fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
- Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd and all the spices.
- Mix well, adding water, and make small balls.
- Deep fry these balls and serve with chutney and sauce.
