Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk
• 20 g – gelatin
• 250 g – Cream
• 10 – Figs
• 6 tbsp – Honey
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
Method:
- Melt the gelatine in a pan, turn off the heat, add honey, cream and condensed milk to the pan. Mix well
- Take a glass bowl and arrange half the figs.
- Add the mixture over the figs and refrigerate.
- Once half set add the rest of the figs on the top of the mixture.
