Ingredients:

• 500 g – cooked fish
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander-cumin powder
• 4 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Mango powder
• 4 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Bread crumbs
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Bone and flake the fish.
  2. Add onions, coriander, chillies, spices and salt. Mash with fork and mix well
  3. Shape into small balls
  4. Dip in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry balls in hot oil till brown. Serve hot
