Ingredients:
• 500 g – cooked fish
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander-cumin powder
• 4 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Mango powder
• 4 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Bread crumbs
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Bone and flake the fish.
- Add onions, coriander, chillies, spices and salt. Mash with fork and mix well
- Shape into small balls
- Dip in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry balls in hot oil till brown. Serve hot
