Ingredients:
• 500 g – fish, approx 4 pieces
• 2 cube – cheese
• 2 – onion, big, finely chopped
• 1 cup – Milk
• 6 – peppercorn
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt and Sugar to taste
Method:
- Rub the fish with the salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the fish and keep aside
- Fry the peppercorns lightly and the onions till golden brown
- Add salt and sugar to taste
- Crush the cheese and add it to the onion
- Fry for 2 minutes
- Add milk and cook for 5 minutes
- Add fish pieces and cook for another 2 minutes
- Serve hot
