Ingredients:

• 500 g – fish, approx 4 pieces
• 2 cube – cheese
• 2 – onion, big, finely chopped
• 1 cup – Milk
• 6 – peppercorn
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt and Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Rub the fish with the salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the fish and keep aside
  3. Fry the peppercorns lightly and the onions till golden brown
  4. Add salt and sugar to taste
  5. Crush the cheese and add it to the onion
  6. Fry for 2 minutes
  7. Add milk and cook for 5 minutes
  8. Add fish pieces and cook for another 2 minutes
  9. Serve hot
