
Ingredients:
• 250 g – fish, boiled and flaked
• 1.5 tsp – minced Ginger
• 1 – green onion, minced
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 – Egg lightly beaten
• Salt and pepper to taste
• For the sauce:
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1.5 tbsp – Vinegar
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together except soya sauce and vinegar
- Knead to a smooth mixture, form round balls and deep fry to a golden colour. Drain well.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients and cook over a low fire, stirring all the time till the sauce thickens
- Serve the sauce in a separate bowl
