Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. – refined oil
• 2 tbsp. – Butter
• 1/2cup – chopped Onions
• 1/2cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1 Clove of garlic, minced
• 4 large tomatoes, blanched and chopped
• 2 tbsp. – chopped Parsley
• 1 Chicken stock cube
• 1/4 tsp – capsico sauce
• 1 tbsp. – Corn flour
• 1 cup – Chicken stock
• 4 pieces of rohu fish

Method:

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a non-stick skillet. Add the onions, capsicum and garlic. Saute till the onions soften.
  2. Add the tomato, parsley, crushed stock cube, capsico sauce and chicken stock. Simmer, covered for 10 mins.
  3. Add the fish and cook for another 5 mins. Blend together the corn flour and 1 tbsp. water. Stir into the fish. Cook, stirring carefully until thick.
  4. Simmer for a couple of minutes so that the gravy coats the fish.
  5. Serve with fried rice.
