
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp. – refined oil
• 2 tbsp. – Butter
• 1/2cup – chopped Onions
• 1/2cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1 Clove of garlic, minced
• 4 large tomatoes, blanched and chopped
• 2 tbsp. – chopped Parsley
• 1 Chicken stock cube
• 1/4 tsp – capsico sauce
• 1 tbsp. – Corn flour
• 1 cup – Chicken stock
• 4 pieces of rohu fish
Method:
- Heat the oil and butter in a non-stick skillet. Add the onions, capsicum and garlic. Saute till the onions soften.
- Add the tomato, parsley, crushed stock cube, capsico sauce and chicken stock. Simmer, covered for 10 mins.
- Add the fish and cook for another 5 mins. Blend together the corn flour and 1 tbsp. water. Stir into the fish. Cook, stirring carefully until thick.
- Simmer for a couple of minutes so that the gravy coats the fish.
- Serve with fried rice.
