
Ingredients:
• 6 – mackerels
• 250 ml – Ghee
• 1 to 2 tbsp – Recheado Masala
• 3-4 Onions – minced
• 3/4 cup – gram flour
• 1/2 cup – semolina
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
Method:
- Heat some ghee and fry the minced onions.
- When they turn golden brown, add the recheado masala and fry for a while and keep aside.
- Fill the stuffing in the belly portion of the fish.
- Tie the fish with a thread and dip in a mixture made with the gram flour, semolina and chilli powder.
- Heat remaining ghee in a pan, and fry the stuffed fish on medium flame till done.
