Ingredients:
• cooked flaked fish – 1 cup
• cooked Rice – 3 cup
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• oil or Ghee – 4 tbsp
• Cloves – 2
• Cinnamon (3 cm) – 2 pieces
• black pepper Corns – 1/2 tsp, crushed
• Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped finely
• Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
• Green chillies 3, sliced
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil or Ghee in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon and pepper.
- Fry for few seconds.
- Add onion, garlic and green chillies and fry till fragrant.
- Add rice, fish and salt.
- Mix well and keep covered on a low flame till heated through.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
