Ingredients:

• cooked flaked fish – 1 cup
• cooked Rice – 3 cup
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
• oil or Ghee – 4 tbsp
• Cloves – 2
• Cinnamon (3 cm) – 2 pieces
• black pepper Corns – 1/2 tsp, crushed
• Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped finely
• Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
• Green chillies 3, sliced
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil or Ghee in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon and pepper.
  2. Fry for few seconds.
  3. Add onion, garlic and green chillies and fry till fragrant.
  4. Add rice, fish and salt.
  5. Mix well and keep covered on a low flame till heated through.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
