Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Pomfret fillets
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• Lemon juice – 1 no
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – ajwain powder
• 1 tsp – Saunf powder
• 1/4 tsp – red color (optional)
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Apply salt and turmeric to the cleaned fish fillets. Keep it for 1/2 hour.
- Mix together all the ingredients in lemon juice (except oil and rice flour) to make masala.
- Apply this masala to the fish and let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Heat a fry pan and add 1 tbsp oil and let it heat.
- Then roll each fish fillet in the rice flour.
- Shallow fry till light brown on medium flame.
- Remove when fried on both sides.
- Serve hot.
