Ingredients:
• 6 slices – Surmai/ Pomfret
• 4 cups – water
• 5-6 Cloves – garlic, roughly pounded
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – shredded Cabbage
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a vessel and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for about 7 mins or more.
- Make sure fish is cooked.
- Serve hot.
