Ingredients:
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – CTC tea leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Orange pekoe tea leaves
• Sugar as per taste
• 1 Cardamom crushed
• 1 round slice Lemon with peel
Method:
- Bring water to boil.
- Add both leaves, sugar and cardamom.
- Cover and stand for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir well, strain liquid, cool.
- Add 4-5 cubes crushed ice in glass.
- Beat cooled decoction with electric beater.
- Pour over crushed ice, add lemon slice.
- Serve chilled.
