Ingredients:
• 2 cups – besan
• 1/2 cup – sooji
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – ghee.
Method:
- In a glass container, put besan and sooji and microwave on 100 per cent power for 3 minutes.
- Stir it with a fork and then microwave on 80 per cent power for 4 minutes.
- Stir again and microwave again on 80 per cent power for 4-5 minutes.
- Let it cool a little. Then, add ghee and ground sugar to it.
- Make ladoos.
- You could also add a pinch of cardamom powder and a few sliced almonds to the mixture before making ladoos.
