Ingredients:

• 2 cups – besan
• 1/2 cup – sooji
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – ghee.

Method:

  1. In a glass container, put besan and sooji and microwave on 100 per cent power for 3 minutes.
  2. Stir it with a fork and then microwave on 80 per cent power for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir again and microwave again on 80 per cent power for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Let it cool a little. Then, add ghee and ground sugar to it.
  5. Make ladoos.
  6. You could also add a pinch of cardamom powder and a few sliced almonds to the mixture before making ladoos.
