
Ingredients:
• 5 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp – dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – freshly ground pepper
• 1 – Garlic clove, crushed
• 1 tbsp – chopped Parsley
• 2 tbsp – crumbled cheese
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
- Blend all the ingredients well.
- Gradually add oil, beating continuously.
- Chill it for at least half an hour.
