Ingredients:

• 5 – Potatoes washed, peeled and cut lengthwise
• Oil – to deep fry
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil. Add the potatoes and fry. Stir occasionally.
  2. Once they begin to brown, in 6 to 8 minutes, take them out.
  3. Drain and mix with salt.
