Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cashewnuts
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Deep fry the cashew nuts in hot oil till it turns light golden in colour.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients to the fried cashews.
- Transfer to an airtight container after cooling.
