Ingredients:
• Chicken – 800 g
• Red chilly powder – 30 g
• Garam Masala powder – 2 g
• Beaten Egg – 1
• Ginger- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Maida – 1 tbsp
• Lime juice – 1/4 cup
• Turmeric – 2 g
• Red colour – a pinch
• Oil – 1/2 kg
• MSG – a pinch
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Now make a thick paste of chilli powder, red colour, salt, egg, ginger- garlic paste, maida, lime juice, turmeric and ajinomotto
- Marinate the chicken in the paste for 1/2 – 3/4 hrs.
- Now deep fry the chicken.
- Serve hot with lime wedges and onion rings.
