
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp- pepper
• 3 lb – chicken, cut into pieces
• 2 tbsps – oil
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup -raisins
• Fresh Coriander leaves
• 1.5 tsp – cumin and coriander powder
• 3 tsp – chilli powder (optional)
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 – green bell pepper, chopped
• 3 – Garlic clove, minced
• 1 (8oz) – Tomato sauce
Method:
- In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, stir to mix.
- Add chicken pieces(1 or 2 at a time) to the mixture in the bowl.
- Heat oil in wok.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil, turning it brown on all sides, put the chicken in another pan.
- In that oil, first fry the garlic then add onion. Stir for 2 min.
- Now add the remaining ingredients. Also add the chicken.
- Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice.
