Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb – Green beans, cut into 1 inch long pieces (you can substitute frozen french cut beans)
• 1/2 block Tofu, crumbled
• 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 to 4 – Cloves Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – grated Ginger
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry mustard seeds in hot oil till they crackle.
  2. Add garlic and ginger followed by turmeric. Fry for a few seconds. Add beans and stir fry till cooked, but still a bit crisp.
  3. Add tofu, gently stir. Add salt to taste. Can be served with Rice or Rotis.
