
Ingredients:
• 230 g – Grapes
• Lime juice
• 2 – large Bananas
• 1 head – Lettuce
• 350 g – Cottage cheese
• 1 cup – mayonnaise
Method:
- Remove the seeds from the grapes and cut them into halves.
- Slice the bananas and add the lime juice to preserve the colour.
- Chill the cheese until hard.
- Chop the cheese and toss together with the fruit.
- Pile on to a bed of lettuce and serve with mayonnaise.
