
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 loaf – Bread
• Fruits of your choice (cut very small)
• 3 tsp – Custard powder
• 6 -8 tsp – Sugar
• Chocolate sauce/ jam
• Ice-cream
Method:
- Cut the sides of the bread, dip the bread in milk and squeeze it.
- Add fruits to it and make balls.
- Keep the balls in the freezer till they are set (but not too hard).
- Boil milk, add custard powder and sugar, mix until in cooks and thickens. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, place the fruit balls, add custard and top with ice cream and chocolate sauce/jam.
- You can use waffle sticks or Pickwick biscuits for decoration.
