
Ingredients:
• Crust:
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1/4 cup – Icing Sugar
• 1 cup – Flour
• Topping:
• 8 oz packet – Cream cheese
• 1/3 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Vanilla
• Fresh fruit
• Glaze:
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Water
• 2.5 tsp – Cornstarch
• Salt
• 1/2 cup – Orange juice
Method:
- Combine ingredients for the crust and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the crust cool after this.
- Topping: Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over the crust. Arrange your favourite fruits on the top in concentric circles.
- Glaze: Combine the ingredients and cook over low heat until it becomes thick. Spread over the fruit.
