
Ingredients:
• 2 – Wheat flour tortillas
• 1/2 cup – Thinly sliced apples
• 1 – Banana, thinly sliced
• 10-12 – Grapes
• 4 tbsp – Peanut Butter
• 2 tbsp – Low fat fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp – Honey
Method:
- Heat tortillas until soft.
- Spread peanut butter on one tortilla.
- Layer pineapple, grapes and banana on top of the peanut butter.
- Drizzle with mixture of cream and honey.
- Top with second tortilla.
- Press firmly, then cut into quarters.
