Ingredients:

• 200 gm – low fat Milk Cream
• 1/4 tsp – green Cardamom powder
• 4 tbsp – fresh Honey
• 1 cup – whole Wheat biscuit, crushed
• 1 /2 cup – strawberry, sliced
• 1 /2 cup – ripe alphonso mango, chopped
• 1 /2 cup – orange, cubes
• 1 /2 cup – apple, cubes
• For Decoration:
• 1/4 cup – Pomegranate seeds
• 2 tbsp – mixed fruit jam
• 1/4 cup – chopped Cashew nuts
• 1/4 cup – Raisins

Method:

  1. Beat milk cream with 2 tbsp of honey and cardamom powder in a bowl till frothy.
  2. Take a serving bowl and set a layer of biscuit at the bottom.
  3. Arrange alternate layers of fruits as per your choice.
  4. Add whipped milk cream over the top.
  5. Pour honey and a tsp of jam over the fruits.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts, pomegranate seeds and raisins.
  7. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Serve chilled.
