Ingredients:

• 125 g – Butter
• 1/2 cup – thick Cream
• 1 cup – Brown sugar

Method:

  1. Beat butter with brown sugar in a mixing bowl for 5 mins. or until creamy.
  2. Add cream slowly, beating well after each addition until the frosting is thick.
  3. Spread evenly.
