Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – walnuts, crushed
• 1/2 cup – cashews, crushed
• 1.5 cups – biscuits (Marie or glucose), crushed
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
Method:
- Put sugar, cocoa and butter in a non-stick pan.
- Cook till well dissolved.
- Then take it off from the heat and mix in all the other ingredients.
- Allow to cool till it can be handled.
- Grease palms and shape into diyas.
- Cool well till firmed.
