Ingredients:
• 4 – Carrots
• 2 – Green chillies
• 10 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Sugar
• A few sprigs of coriander
Method:
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Chop the chillies and coriander finely.
- Blend the yogurt smooth with a fork or a whisk.
- Stir in the cumin powder, chillies, salt and sugar.
- Fold in the grated carrot.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve cold.
