
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – bottle gourd, cut into very small pieces
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Raisins and cashews – as required
• 1 cup – Milk
Method:
- Cook the bottle gourd pieces, raisins and cashews with water till they are tender.
- Add sugar and cook for some more time.
- Add milk, cardamom powder and cook on a low flame stirring now and then till you get the desired consistency.
