Ingredients
– 150 gm refined flour
– 100 gm wheat flour
– 2 tablespoon baking powder
– 10 gm Garam masala powder
– 150 gm butter
– 100 gm coconut powder
– 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
– 2 tablespoon icing sugar
– 15 strawberry pieces
– 80 gm caster sugar
– 15 blue berries
– 4 eggs
– 100 gm carrots (grated)
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 15 mulberries
– 100 gm margipan (orange and green color)
– 30 ml rum
– Spaghetti (golden brown color)
How To Cook?
1. Set Microwave at 170?C.
2. Take a microwave safe bowl and add refined flour, wheat flour, baking powder and garam masala and mix it.
3. Take another bowl and add cream, butter, caster sugar and mix it well. Now add 4 eggs, grated carrot and coconut powder, also the mixture of first bowl and mix it well. Now place this mixture in grease tray and bake it for 25 minutes.
4. Now, in another bowl add mascarpone cheese and 1 tablespoon icing sugar and mix it. Take out this mixture and add it in piping bag and let it be cold.
5. Take a deep pot and add strawberries, castor sugar and boil it they until meshed.
6. In another pot mix some castor sugar and water and boil it and place it into refrigerator to until it becomes cold.
7. Now, take a small frying pan and add 1 tablespoon butter, 2/3 cup strawberries and mulberries. Stirring it until it becomes soft.
8. Cut orange and green margipan into small pieces and give it a carrot shape.
9. Sprinkle rum on cold cake and cut it into small pieces and serve it.
