
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cooked Carrot
• 1 cup – Cooked beans
• 1 cup – Cooked peas
• 1.5 cup cooked & mashed Potatoes
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 slice – White bread
• 1 pinch of Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red chili powder
• 2 tbsp – Cilantro chopped
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• 4 tbsp – All purpose flour
• 4 tbsp – Bread crumps
• Oil to deep fry
• For making burger : Burger Bun
• 1/2 Cucumber, round thinly sliced
• 1/2 Tomato, round thinly sliced
• 1/2 onion, rings
• 1 Lettuce leaf
• 1 Cabbage leaf
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• Dry roast black pepper and Jeera and grind. Store this powder in an airtight container and use when required
Method:
- Drain all excess water from cooked vegetables and mix all the vegetables together.
- Then add 1/2 tsp of chili powder,1/2 tsp of turmeric, garam masala, pepper powder, lemon juice, cilantro and salt and make small balls and shape that balls in the form of cutlet. Keep it aside.
- Take one slice of white bread, dip it in water, squeeze the water and then add to the vegetables to bind the mixture.
- Take a plate, mix together all purpose flour, bread crumps, remaining 1/2 tsp of chili powder and turmeric.
- Roll the cutlet in the all purpose flour mixture and deep fry.
- Keep it in the freezer and use it when required.
- For making burger:
- Cut the buns horizontally.
- Sprinkle cheese on both the buns equally and microwave for 20 sec just to melt the cheese.
- Take the bun from microwave and then sprinkle roasted black pepper and jeera powder on both the bun.
- Equally divide the vegetables and arrange half the vegetable over one bun and half the vegetables on another.
- Keep one cutlet between the bun and carefully cover the bun.
- Enjoy eating.
