Ingredients:

• 75 g – Butter
• 1 loaf – French Bread
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste

Method:

  1. Cut the French bread into 12 slices taking care not to slice right through to the bottom of the loaf.
  2. Mix the garlic and butter together.
  3. Spread this mixture between the slices.
  4. If there is any garlic butter left over, spread it on the top of the loaf.
  5. Wrap the loaf in a piece of aluminium foil after making sure the loaf is completely covered.
  6. Warm in a moderate oven for 15 minutes until the bread is crisp.
