Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1 medium
• Onions, medium – 4-5
• Ginger – 2 inch
• Garlic- 20 Cloves
• Whole Red Chillies – 4-5
• Black Peppercorn – 10
• Cloves – 3
• Green Cardamoms – 4
• 1 – black Cardamom
• Cinnamon – small stick
• Bay Leaves – 2
• Salt and oil – As required
• Green Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Chop onions and finely chop ginger and garlic. Break whole red chillies into small pieces.
  2. Take a pressure cooker and put in chicken pieces along with all the other ingredients except coriander leaves.
  3. Now add oil and salt.
  4. Close the lid and open it after one whistle.
  5. Cook open till the oil separates.
  6. Add finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Cook for two more minutes.
