
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1 medium
• Onions, medium – 4-5
• Ginger – 2 inch
• Garlic- 20 Cloves
• Whole Red Chillies – 4-5
• Black Peppercorn – 10
• Cloves – 3
• Green Cardamoms – 4
• 1 – black Cardamom
• Cinnamon – small stick
• Bay Leaves – 2
• Salt and oil – As required
• Green Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Chop onions and finely chop ginger and garlic. Break whole red chillies into small pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker and put in chicken pieces along with all the other ingredients except coriander leaves.
- Now add oil and salt.
- Close the lid and open it after one whistle.
- Cook open till the oil separates.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook for two more minutes.
