Ingredients:
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp
• Roasted chilli paste – 2 to 3 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
• Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
• Water – 1/2 cup
• Corn flour – 1/2 tbsp
• Sugar to taste
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil and fry garlic till brown.
- Mix corn flour and water.
- Add all the ingredients and simmer together till thick.
- Serve hot or cold.
