Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 loaf – peeled garlic, crushed finely
• 4 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 cups – coriander
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut paneer into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Grind coriander with all the spices except corn flour and garlic.
  3. Now make a paste of corn flour with water and add the garlic.
  4. Mix this with ground masala, dip paneer pieces in it and deep fry.
  5. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
