Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 loaf – peeled garlic, crushed finely
• 4 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 cups – coriander
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut paneer into 1-inch pieces.
- Grind coriander with all the spices except corn flour and garlic.
- Now make a paste of corn flour with water and add the garlic.
- Mix this with ground masala, dip paneer pieces in it and deep fry.
- Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
