
Ingredients:
• Peeled large Prawns – 1/2 kg
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil – to brush
• Oil – 2 – 3 tbsp
• Minced Garlic – 1 tbsp
• Freshly crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate the prawns in lime juice, salt and pepper for 1/2 an hour.
- Brush with oil and grill till cooked (about 5-8 minutes).
- Heat oil in a pan, brown garlic in it. Add pepper and add prawns.
- Remove from fire and toss till prawns are coated with garlic and pepper.
- Serve.
