Ingredients:

• 100 g – garlic, peeled and chopped
• 250 g – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Rice flour

Method:

  1. Dry garlic in sun till brittle.
  2. Grind to a fine powder.
  3. Add salt and grind for a few seconds.
  4. Keep for 2 days for flavour to infuse fully into salt.
  5. Mix in 1/2 tsp. rice flour
  6. Use as required.
